I hope this note finds you and your family well.
This week was Staff Appreciation Week. We want to thank the Sunshine Committee of the PTO for all of the treats and decorations to help celebrate our staff. We thank the volunteers who supported the field trips this week while our 3rd through 8th-grade students took the STAAR assessments. Have a great weekend.
We have a supplemental board meeting on May 14th, 2024, at 9:00 am, at Georgetown Public Library to discuss further updates relating to the 2024-2025 school year.
Thank you for the support you provide every day to your children’s education. Our staff works extremely hard each day to provide the best student environment.

We are sharing free, no-obligation access to Arbordale’s “Science and Math Through Picture Books” digital books.
To access all books, click the link below and use the password Ju4AX. The link will work until the end of July at which time it turns into a pumpkin and just disappears.

Use the “filter” and “search” on the top left of the library page to find books by subject, language, etc.
All books are available in English and Spanish. Some books have multiple languages. To switch languages, click on the globe on the bottom left side of the digital book. To use the bilingual feature, the primary language is the one you want with the read-along features while the secondary language will be displayed statically.
Want physical books? Use coupon code “SCHOOL24” for 50% off on our online store: https://www.arbordalepublishing.com/catalog.php. The coupon is valid through the end of July. Please note, that we do still have a supply of some books printed in languages other than Spanish. Sadly, post-Covid printer requirements no longer allow us to print those languages. When those languages are sold out, they are gone for good. We continue to print in both English and Spanish.
Want multilingual digital books? Our books are available through our publishing partner, Fathom Reads (fathomreads dot com). You can find Arbordale books on their platform as well as books from 11 other educational publishers that support core-subject learning in multiple languages.

Important Returning Student News!
Hello! The returning student registration forms are now PAST DUE. I have emailed every family that has not completed their registration forms to notify you that your student’s spot is not secure for the 2024-2025 school year until I receive the packet. Library News
Please help us return library books before the summer break. Look for books with a “GOODWATER MONTESSORI LIBRARY” red or white barcode label. Return books to the front office if the book drop-off box is full.
Papers with checked-out books will be going home with students next week. We do not charge for overdue books.
