A Message to Our Community

Goodwater Montessori School will conclude its operations at the end of the 2025–2026 school year. This decision follows careful consideration of a range of factors impacting the long-term sustainability of the school. While difficult, we believe this path allows us to honor our commitment to delivering a high-quality Montessori education without compromise.

For the past nine years, Goodwater Montessori School has been dedicated to nurturing the development of the whole child through an authentic Montessori approach aligned with state expectations. We are deeply grateful to our students, families, educators, and staff—past and present—who have shaped and strengthened this community.

Our priority now is to ensure a strong and supportive finish to the school year and a smooth transition for all students and families. We will continue to provide a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environment through the final day of school. In addition, we are working to provide families with resources and guidance as they plan for the 2026–2027 school year.

We are also committed to supporting our faculty and staff during this transition and assisting them as they pursue future opportunities.
