Dear Goodwater Families
I hope this email finds you and your family well.
The Administration team would like to thank our families who volunteered to assist us with the eclipse event this past Monday. It was awesome to be outside with the students to see their reactions and listen to their comments as the moon moved to cover the sun. The students did many projects during the day and shared their comments.
The coffee with Dr. Bruce is on April 17, from 12:00-1:00 pm. Ms. Roberta Givens, School Improvement Coordinator will provide detailed information regarding the STAAR assessments students will be taking in April and May. She will be providing information that parents can do at home to help prepare the students for the assessments.
There are several field trips planned for students who are not taking the assessments which require signed permission slips. Please be on the lookout for those permission slips and return them with your student as quickly as possible. Students will not be allowed to attend these events without a permission slip.
