Public Information Request

The Public Information Act (PIA) gives the public the right to request access to government information. The request must ask for information already in existence. The PIA does not require Goodwater Montessori Public Charter School to create new information or perform legal searches.

Goodwater Montessori Public Charter School will promptly respond to requests for information following the PIA. Responses will be sent on staff days of business. Please refer to Goodwater Montessori’s Academic Calendar for a list of business days for staff. Summer hours are 9:00 am-1:00 pm, Monday – Thursday. Closed June 24- July 5, 2024.

We allow the use of the Texas Office of the Attorney General’s Public Information Request Form (attached below) to complete your written request.

Charges for Copies

Physical copies are $0.10/page. Each side that has recorded information is considered a page.

Electronic copies are at no charge.
